Most orders are dispatched next working day (Monday for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, first working day after a bank holiday). All orders are dispatched within 2 working days since being placed and paid.

Depending on postal service you choose at checkout, delivery would take:

– Between 1-3 working days (including Saturdays) to mainland United Kingdom;

– 4-5 working days in average to Europe;

– 6-7 working days in average to the rest of the world.

Please note we have no control over the length of the Royal Mail delivery time and postal delivery to some countries naturally takes much longer than to others. However we would be happy to help by informing you of the dispatch day and the tracking number, if you have chosen trackable postal service at the checkout.

Please note if you choose a standard non-trackable postal service we can only inform you of dispatch day. We obtain and keep proof of postage for every item.

Prints up to A4 are placed in transparent sleeve and posted in cardboard-backed envelope, unless purchased and posted together with a larger poster. All posters larger then A4 are rolled in transparent plastic and acid-free tissue paper and placed in heavy-duty postal tube for dispatch. We do not ship posters folded.

Orders containing multiple prints might be shipped in the same packaging, rolled together with plastic sheet in between, in the same postal tube. However due to size and weight prints in the same order might be shipped in several packages. This does not affect cost of shipping or our free shipping rule.

Delivery is free for orders over £100 for customers in United Kingdom, for orders over £120 for customers in Europe, and for orders over £170 for customers in all other countries. Free delivery option will be displayed in checkout once your order total reaches the qualifying threshold. Please note that orders containing multiple prints might be dispatched in several packages due to the size and weight, but the free delivery would still apply for qualifying orders.

All our prints are currently dispatched by Royal Mail.

Domestic customers in United Kingdom can choose from the following services:

– Royal Mail Standard 1^st Class,

– Royal Mail 2^nd Class Signed For,

– Special Delivery (by next day 1pm).

Please note if you choose standard delivery there is no option of tracking and we would not be liable for loss of an item in transit.

Overseas customers can choose from the following services:

– Royal Mail International Standard

– Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Please note if you choose the Standard delivery there is no option of tracking and we would not be liable for loss of an item in transit. We obtain and keep proof of postage for every dispatched item.

The packaging materials costs vary between £0.50 and £1 per print and included in checkout postal charges.

You can return any item for any reason for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. You can use same packaging the item has been delivered to you. Please contact us with any questions.
