Henry Abraham Chatelain (1684-1743) was a Huguenot pastor, originally from Paris. He is best know as a Dutch cartographer and engraver, and an author of monumental work in seven volumes "Atlas Historic", published in Amsterdam between 1705 and 1720. The atlas included 285 engraved maps, charts and views, as well as accompanying texts, on geography, history, ethnology, heraldry and cosmography.
